          Music Lesson Cancellations

As is standard for my profession, I have a 24 hour cancellation policy.  if you do not call me within 24 hours prior to your lesson, there will be NO make-up lesson and no refund given. If you cancel within 24 hours(or earlier when possible), I will give ONE credit on NEXT month's lessons.

Please be on time

YOU are responsible for being on time. If you arrive late for your lesson, that time will be forfeited as student lessons are typically back to back. Remember, I have set aside this “block of time” for you. If you arrive late this means your allotted practice time will be shortened .

 Parental Involvement at Lessons

Parents are encouraged to stay and observe lessons where they feel this is necessary.  Siblings are welcome as long as they aren't disruptive. I have a "waiting area.

    Practice Expectations and Student Success

Like anything else, the more you put into it the more you get out of it. Voice and Piano are no different.
If you show up and have clearly not practiced and are not prepared, I'll do my very best with whatever you bring me that day.

Know this, practice at home between lessons and daily practice is vital to musical progress. Regular practice habits are important to develop the students knowledge and ability.

Parents: Please try to be a part of and listen to what and how your child is practicing. Your interest in your child's musical development reinforces and encourages their good practice habits.
